Traditional Acupuncture Plus (TAP) is in-network with major insurance plans. 

  • If TAP is not in-network with a particular PPO plan, we can provide courtesy billing for out-of-network claims. 
  • Coverage, deductibles, coinsurance, and copays vary by plan.
  • Your HSA or FSA can be used to pay for TAP visits and services.
  • Medicare is out of network with TAP. Medicare beneficiaries are welcome as self-pay patients — but beneficiaries cannot submit any claims related to TAP visits or associated services. Although we currently accept a range of insurance plans it’s important to clarify that we are not Medicare-enrolled providers, hence we do not submit claims with Medicare.
  • For UFH Voucher Recipients, please bring your passport to each visit. 

We do accept Flex or Health Savings Account Cards.
