Working with Jacqueline has been therapeutic for my mind and body. She takes a very holistic approach to the treatments by beginning every session with the question “what do you need from me today?” and building upon that with more specific questions to identify issues/needs that I’m not consciously aware of, but are important. She has guided me in my fertility journey and soothing other anxieties. Jacqueline’s treatments are always intentional, thoughtful, and tailored to my needs that day.
I love that she incorporates breath into the treatment. I’m not a fan of needles, but we have a flow with the breath that makes the whole experience stress free and…enjoyable. The sessions are like one big exhale. I always feel a sense of relief and lightness when we finish.

Jackie Lacava is the most amazing acupuncturist. My last visit I felt like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders, my body extremely tense and filled with anxiety. I started acupuncture about 5 years ago as a complimentary therapy to my traditional medicine therapies. Jackie has been a godsend in helping with all the side effects of my medications so I can avoid taking extra meds to combat them (IYKYK). She is a wonderful person who genuinely wants to help you and she does. Whether it is an allergy flareup or hot flashes or just general bleh I always feel better after a treatment. 100% recommend both acupuncture and Jackie/Traditional Acupuncture Plus..

Jackie is just a gifted and skilled acupuncturist…i went in today with a 9 out of 10 level of lower back pain. A couple of hours after my treatment, that pain went down to a 4 out of 10 level and i was able to get back to my daily activities. Thank you!!! Highly recommend Jackie!!
